FAQ

Will this work on my phone?

Not all phones and carriers allow you to download ringtones onto your phone, but if you've started your service or upgraded within the last couple of years, chances are the ringtones will be loaded to your phone in no time.
Verizon Customers

The ringtone will be sent directly to your phone as a PIX message or delivered to your Verizon PIX account. To find out whether you can receive PIX messages, go to vzwpix.com. If you qualify, signing up is free.

Other Carriers

You'll receive a text message that contains a link to a Web site with the ringtone you've selected. Follow the link and apply the sound file as a
ringtone. Your phone must have a browser that lets you connect to Web sites.
